The Company locates its headquarters and branches in Japan and provides various Content services , such as the distribution of games, across the world. In the case the user of related services is located in the European Economic Area (EEA: including 28 EU countries and also Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), the Company shall manage personal information in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Company shall, by means of training, and by means of improvements to the auditing system, ensure that both officers and employees of the Company are fully aware of the importance of the protection of personal information.
